Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

I ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.

All sessions must be managed via your booking confirmation link or by contacting me directly. Thank you for understanding that this policy helps me honor the energy and preparation I bring to every session and ensures fairness for all clients.

Privacy + Confidentiality Policy

1. Introduction
Rick Schultz Coaching LLC is committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and data protection for all individuals engaging in coaching services. This policy outlines how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected in accordance with applicable laws in the State of Oregon and the United States.

Personal information is collected through intake forms, session notes, booking forms, and other direct interactions. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Full name and contact details

• Date, time, and place of birth (for Human Design)

• Personal goals, life history, or emotional/spiritual details

• Coaching session notes and communications

3. How Your Information is Used
The information provided is used solely to:

• Deliver personalized coaching services

• Prepare Human Design charts and reports

• Provide client support and respond to inquiries

• Manage bookings and session records

Your data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without your express written consent, except as required by law.

4. Data Security & Storage
Client information is securely stored in password-protected digital systems with limited access. Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the security of your data.

5. Confidentiality Commitment
All coaching sessions are strictly confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed unless:

• Required by law (e.g., subpoena, court order)

• There is a risk of harm to yourself or others

• You provide explicit, written permission

6. Your Rights
You have the right to:

• Access or request deletion of your personal data

• Correct inaccurate information

• Revoke consent for data storage or communication

Rick Schultz Design LLC and Frederick (Rick) Schultz shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or adverse outcomes resulting from coaching sessions or materials. Coaching results vary and are not guaranteed. By participating in coaching services, the client agrees to release and hold harmless Frederick (Rick) Schultz and Rick Schultz Design LLC from any and all liability.
